Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the wild west in a wonderful game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the dealer, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers wager against other players. By competing against the dealer, beginner players don’t have to worry about any other, more skillful players taking their mulla.
An additional Pai Gow edge is the generally slow game pace, rookies should be able to take their time and scheme while not needing to make frenzied selections.
It’s also much simpler to participate in for an extended time with just a little bit of money after all, to not win, each of your hands must be under each of the houses hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned seven cards face up and the dealer is given seven cards faces hidden.
One five card hand and a two card hand need to be put together from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be higher than the dealer’s.
