Amateurs Schemes for Double-Hand Poker
August 13th, 2020 by Gemma

Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with old origins. Built on the old Chinese domino game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the west in a fantastic game for new gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player against the croupier, not like almost all other poker games that players play against other gamblers. By competing against the dealer, beginner players do not need to be concerned about other, more knowledgeable gamblers taking their $$$$.

A further Pai Gow edge is the relatively leisurely game pace, novices can take their time and scheme without having to make quick decisions.

It is also simpler to participate in for a very long time with basically a tiny amount of money seeing as, to lose, each of your hands must be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is given 7 cards faces showing and the house gets 7 cards face down.

One five card hand and a 2 card hand must be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the casino’s.
