This is,beyond question, one of the most critical concepts in texas hold’em. Employing a top ten strategy is the absolute 1st strategy that players need to acquire because it shows the competitor excellent habits that will advance to later winnings.

Folks are constantly inquiring with me what a good, solid course of action is for a beginner playing texas holdem. My answer is constantly the same, play a top ten tactic.

Top 10 strategy, refers to the top ten pockets hands that you are able to get. These hands are AA, king-king, queen-queen, AK same suit, jack-jack, ten-ten, nine-nine, 88, ace-queen same suit, and seven-seven. The tactic indicates that you only compete with these hands. This will lead to very conservative play, but for an amateur to texas hold’em, conservatively is precisely how you will want to compete.

It appears to me that I am always seeing new players gambling very boldly, they’re the earliest ones to go all in, and that is typically the incorrect course of action. If these beginner players would hold to a top 10 poker tactic, they routinely would come out much better in the long term. More notably, this conservative top ten poker strategy will teach the beginning competitor patience, which is the most critical ability that a holdem player can have.
